INTRODUCTION
Life comes with burdens.
Some are visible, others are hidden.
Some people look strong on the outside but are struggling within.
Burdens may include:
- Financial pressure
- Health challenges
- Family issues
- Emotional pain
- Fear of the future
- Delays and disappointments
But the good news is this:
God is your Burden Bearer.
He does not expect you to carry life’s weight alone.
WHAT IS A BURDEN?
A burden is anything that:
- Weighs down your heart
- Disturbs your peace
- Feels too heavy to handle alone
God says:
Psalm 55:22
“Cast your burden upon the Lord…”
He did not say manage it, He said cast it.
WHY SHOULD YOU CAST YOUR BURDEN ON GOD?

Your burden will not destroy you.
God is carrying you.
And He will bring you through.
